Participant cancellations are managed directly by Black Diamond HR Consulting and are subject to our event cancellation policies. Due to limited numbers and venue commitments, participant bookings must be cancelled no less than 14 days prior to the event to receive a full refund and no less than 7 days prior to the event for 50% refund. No refunds will be made available less than 7 days prior to the event. Participants who have paid but can no longer attend the event may request that an alternative participant attend in their place. Black Diamond HR Consulting reserves the right to approve or deny such request for re-assignment.
Accommodation cancellations are managed directly by the Wentworth Inn and are subject to their cancellation fee and notice policies. Rooms must be cancelled no less than 7 days prior to the event. All cancellations will be subject to a cancellation fee.
